How To Stand On Your Paddle Board
To stand up on your paddle board, follow these steps:
- Start in a kneeling position near the center of the board, with your paddle across the board in front of you.
- Place your hands on either side of the board near your knees and slowly rise to a standing position.
- Keep your feet parallel and shoulder-width apart, with your toes pointing forward.
- Look straight ahead to maintain your balance and keep your weight centered over the board.
- Hold your paddle with both hands and start to paddle, using your core muscles to maintain balance and stability.
