How do I choose the right paddle board?
When choosing a paddle board, it's important to consider the weight capacity of the board. Make sure to factor in your own weight as well as the weight of any gear you plan to bring with you. It's always better to choose a board with a higher weight capacity than you need to ensure stability and safety on the water.

How do I inflate the paddle board?
To inflate your paddle board, you can follow these steps:
- Release the valve cap by turning it counter-clockwise.
- Make sure the pin is in the ‘UP’ position.
- Connect the hose to the pump on inflate mode.
- Insert the hose and turn it clockwise to lock it in place.
- Inflate your board until you reach the required pressure (15 psi Min – 18 psi Max).
- After inflation, close the valve cap and tighten it in clockwise direction.
Remember to properly store and care for your pump and board after use to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
How do I deflate the paddle board?
Before deflating your paddle board, make sure that it is dry and free of any water. To begin deflating, follow these steps:
- Release the valve cap by turning it counter-clockwise.
- Press the pin down and lock it in the ‘DOWN’ position in counter-clockwise direction.
- Fold the board from the nose to the tail, push all air out or use the pump on deflate mode to deflate faster.
- Press all air out of the board, close the valve cap, and tighten it in clockwise direction to lock in place.
Remember to properly store and care for your board and pump after use to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
What PSI should I inflate the board to?
The recommended pressure for the board is around 15 psi.
Is it safe for two people to ride on the same paddle board?
While it is possible for two people to ride on the same paddle board, it is important to consider the weight capacity of the board and to ensure that both riders can maintain their balance and stability on the board. It is generally recommended that each person have their own board to ensure safety and optimal performance on the water.
Is it okay to ride with my dog on board?
Yes, it is. Our board is durable for dogs. While their nails may scratch the board, they are unlikely to puncture it due to the sturdy material.
Can I use the board in the sea?
Yes, you can. Our board is built to perform well in all water conditions. If you plan to use the board in the sea, remember to rinse it with fresh water and let it dry before storing it.
ACCESSORIES & GEARS
Do I need to wear Personal Floating Device (PFD)?
Safety is extremely important when paddleboarding. It is recommended that you wear a PFD (personal flotation device) and a safety leash while paddling. A PFD will help keep you afloat in case you fall off your board or get tired, while a safety leash will keep your board close to you in case you fall off or get separated from it.
Why isn't my pressure gauge reading?
The air pressure gauge will not register until you reach 7 to 8 psi.
What type of air valve does NAGI paddle board use?
Halkey Roberts (HR) air valve.
Can I use other types of pump (besides hand pump) to inflate the board?
You can use an electric pump to inflate your paddle board as long as it is compatible with the board's valve. However, be careful not to overinflate the board as this can damage it. Make sure to follow the manufacturer's recommended PSI level and stop pumping once you reach that level.

I did not receive my order confirmation after placing an order.
Normally, you should receive an order confirmation within an hour of placing your order. If not, please check your spam or junk folder to make sure that it did not get filtered by mistake. If you still haven't received a confirmation, please contact us and we will follow up accordingly.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include your tracking number and carrier, which you can use to track the status of your shipment.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Unfortunately, no. All orders placed online are shipped automatically from an offsite warehouse and are sent directly to you.
How long will it takes my order to arrive?
We ship all orders on the same or next business day from the date of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on the location of delivery.
The estimated shipping times are as follows:
Inflatable paddle boards & Accessories: 5-7 business days for delivery.
Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
A standard street address is required.
This means it must be a physical street address within the contiguous United States and Canada.
However, if you are outside this region, you can set up your order to ship to a freight forwarder. They can take care of the extended shipping needed for delivery.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Nunavut, and NWT?
We do offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Nunavut, and NWT for our inflatable paddle boards and accessories.
However, there is an additional shipping cost ranging from $30 to $150, depending on the item ordered, that will be automatically applied at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We support international shipping outside the U.S. region. The shipping cost will be charged according to the destination. We will notify you of the amount before the order is confirmed.

How do refunds work?
Refunds for purchases made within the last 30 days will be issued directly to the original form of payment. A 20% restocking fee (per item) applies on all returns.
The refund process takes 3-5 business days to complete and for the refunded amount to appear back in your account.
If it has been more than 90 days since your original purchase, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do not currently offer gift cards.
Can I pay with multiple credit cards?
We only accept one credit card as a form of payment.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax varies by state.
All purchases will be charged the sales tax as dictated by the shipping address.
This will be automatically applied at checkout.

Can I cancel or alter my order?

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer board exchanges.
However, if you would like to return your board within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to accommodate you.

If you wish to purchase a different board, you may place a new order at any time and we will promptly ship the product to you.
What is your return policy?
All of our products are covered by a 30-Day Guarantee.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to try out your items. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the items and receive a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee per item.
To initiate a return, please complete the Return Form. Once the items are received at our warehouse, the refund, less the 20% restocking fee, will be applied directly back to your original form of payment. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
To ensure a prompt refund, make sure to include all content in the original packaging. Any missing items will delay the refund process.
I need to return a product but do not have the packaging.
To be eligible for a return, all products must be returned in their original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return.
How long does it take for the refunds to be processed?
The whole return and refund process may take up to 10 business days after we receive the returned products.
Can I return a used product?
Returned items must be in new condition with no visible signs of wear, and must be returned with all parts and accessories. Used products cannot be returned.
Upon arrival at our distribution center, all products will be inspected. If the product is found to be in poor condition or if any part or accessory is missing, the refund amount will be reduced accordingly.
If you are dissatisfied with a used product, please contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Who is responsible for paying the return shipping cost?
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
However, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
Do you charge a restocking fee on returns?
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee per item.
If you are using your own shipping label, please keep a copy of the return slip.
WARRANTY & SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
What if my paddle board is damaged in shipping?
If your paddle board is damaged during shipping, don't worry. We will take care of it for you right away.
Please take a photo of the damage to the box and to the board, then visit our claim form to file a shipping damage claim. Once you have filed a claim, we will review it, process an exchange, and respond with all the necessary information.
If your board needs to be exchanged, we will send a new one to you. When the new board is delivered, the shipping company will pick up your damaged board, so it will be a simple exchange. All shipping damage claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Please inspect your board and let us know if there is any damage within this time.
What is your warranty policy on products?
Every NAGI product is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials within this period.
At our sole discretion we reserve the right to either have the defective part or product professionally repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at no cost to you.

Do I need to complete a warranty registration?
All paddle board need to have a warrantly registration completed.

MAINTENANCE & CARE
How do I clean my board?
After use, rinse the board with fresh water to remove any dirt or debris. If there is any dirt that cannot be removed, use a mild dish soap or cleanser.
Do not use any harsh chemicals or bleach to avoid causing damage to the board.
How do I store my board?
When storing your paddle board, it's important to keep it in a dry and cool place out of direct sunlight.
If possible, store it indoors in a garage or shed. Make sure to remove the fin and wipe down the board with a dry towel to remove any excess water or debris. Avoid stacking other items on top of the board, as this can cause damage or warping over time.
By properly storing your paddle board, you can help prolong its lifespan and ensure that it stays in good condition for years to come.
How do I repair a leak on my paddle board?
For smaller leaks, please follow the How to repair a paddle board guide and use the repair kit that comes with the package.
For bigger leaks, we recommend you to take your board to a profesional boat and board repair shop for repairment.
