*Value of prize:* For 10’6” USD$779 (CAD$1061) or for 11’6” USD$799 (CAD$1089)

*Details regarding the distribution of prize to the winner:* Each entry will be assigned a number, and the computer will randomly pick a winning number.

*Terms and Conditions:*

1. The giveaway will run from June 21, 2023 (00:00 AM PST) to July 5, 2023 (11:59 PM PST).
2. The prize is one (1) OUTO SE stand-up paddle board in either 10’6” or 11’6” size, with a value of either USD$779 (CAD$1061) or USD$799 (CAD$1089), depending on the size selected.
3. The giveaway is open to residents of the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
4. To enter, participants must follow the Instagram account and tag three (3) friends in the comments of the giveaway post. Participants can earn one (1) extra entry by subscribing to our newsletter on our webpage (http://outopian.com/).
5. Only one (1) entry per Instagram username is allowed. Participants may earn one (1) extra entry by subscribing to our newsletter. Any attempt by a participant to obtain additional entries by using multiple or different Instagram accounts, identities, registrations, or logins, or any other methods, will void all of that participant's entries, and that participant may be disqualified from the giveaway.
6. The winner will be chosen randomly by a computer from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or email within three (3) days of the giveaway end date. The winner must respond within five (5) days of notification to claim the prize, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
8. The winner will be required to provide their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address to claim the prize. The prize will be shipped to the winner within thirty (30) days of receipt of the winner's shipping address.
9. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the giveaway sponsor(s) and Instagram from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to their participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
