How To Get Back On Board From The Tail
To get back on the board from the tail, follow these steps:
- Swim to the tail of the board.
- Grab the tail of the board with one hand and the center carry handle with the other. Alternatively, you can grab the center carry handle with both hands.
- Kick your legs and pull yourself up onto the board in a smooth motion. Use your core muscles to help you maintain balance.
- Once you are on the board, get into a kneeling position or stand up if you feel stable. Take a moment to adjust your stance and make sure you feel comfortable and balanced.
